Refund Policy

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of products
  • If your shipment has been damaged or you received the incorrect products, please contact us at aljackson@aljacksonauthor.com. within 10 days of delivery. Refunds/replacements will not be issued after this date, except during the December holidays (30 days).
  • Any orders shipped outside the United States will not be resent or refunded. 

Orders Outside the United States

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or fees and cannot issue refunds or replacements. If you would like additional security for your shipment, we highly recommend using a mail forwarding service such as Stackry.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for incorrect information supplied to us at the time of ordering. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at aljackson@aljacksonauthor.com
