What’s the difference between standard and deluxe editions?

Deluxe editions feature special details like sprayed edges, custom endpapers, foiling, and exclusive artwork. These are often part of limited print runs and may not be restocked.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may return, but many—especially deluxe editions and collector boxes—are limited and may not be restocked once sold out.

Orders & Shipping

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to fulfill all orders within 3 business days. Please note this does not include shipping time, which will vary depending on your location and carrier. You can view our full Shipping Policy here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or additional fees once your order leaves the United States.

If you’d like extra security, we recommend using a mail forwarding service such as Stackry.

What if there are shipping delays?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping provider. We are not responsible for any delays during transit.

Returns, Refunds & Issues

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. You can view our full Refund Policy here.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at aljackson@aljacksonauthor.com within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.

(Please note: December holiday orders have a 30-day window.)

Will you replace or refund international orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders shipped outside the United States.
